- Old ToughPad is locked-out due too many failed log attempts. RToledo will work with SO IT to unlock. |

| 2024-06-30 | EDM700 INOP |

|
| 2024-07-11 | Please note the following issues noted in during the flight:
* To avoid double-counting, the "fuel used volume" and "fuel cost" for the next flight should deduct the values entered for this mission. The flight database does not allow blanks in these fields.
* It is unclear why, but the Sheriff's radio volume was low on the observer's channel and not heard at all by the rear passenger.
* The observer seat's seatback safety wire has broken and will need to be replaced. The chair back needs to be adjusted by manually by manipulating the ratcheting system.
* The plane's wifi seemed to be offline for portions of the flight. As such, the ToughPad and camera tablet could not connect and be used.
* The new ToughPad's virtual keyboard did not automatically pop-up (even after a reboot), so the virtual keyboard app icon has been pinned to the "task bar." Also, its stylus has been misplaced. We will look for it in our flight bags.
* The plane was not refueled due to the out-of-service pump at Watts-Woodland airport. |

| 2024-08-01 | Could not connect tablet to camera on Wifi. Would not obtain an IP address. Byrce tried setting a static IP on the tablet, which gave him control of the camera but no video.

| 2024-08-05 | Manifold pressure, Tac, Art Horizon, vertical Speed, Altimeter, Compas, Airspeed gauges don't have back lights.
Right wing tip indicator is missing.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update 8/7/2024: the rheostat knob only adjust the brightness of the back lighting. The backlighting needs to be turned on via the Post/Flood switch
under the yoke. More information can be found in the POH under "Internal Lighting" page 7-28
Clarification: The green position light on the right side works fine. The "tip indicator" is referring to the under wing nub that allows the position lights to be seen from the cockpit. This is not an airworthiness issue but rather logged for future maintenance. |

| 2024-08-06 | Bryce- Problems connecting to camera again. camera com would not come up even after going through check list in manual. rebooted wireless router and was able to get IP address over DHCP but still would not connect even after rebooting camera a few times and waiting for it to fully boot. was able to establish connection for a brief time but coms would either turn red and lose control of the camera or video would just cut out randomly. |

| 2024-10-08 | Sheriffs radio in plane had lots of static thru Capay Valley and also on the ground. Had to log off using the portable. Tough book batteries died after 2.4 hrs.
On way back to base engine started missing intermittently. Applied carb heat right away and climbed to gain altitude. Engine continued to miss intermittently as we entered pattern and on ground. We were never above 3000 ft so we had not leaned the engine. Andy was at airport, and he came and talked to us and asked us to leave plane at wash rack so that he could check it out. He said possibly a fouled plug or ??
Since Andy asked us to leave plane, we were unable to check oil or wipe down surfaces. |
